===== Halyard Winch =====

Halyard winch is held together not by the single top mounted flat-head screw, but by a C-clip that the screw and cap cover.  To service the winch:

  * Remove the top screw and cap.  
  * Carefully place a length of duct tape on the C-clip to prevent it from flying away.
  * Gently pry the C-clip off with a small flat head screw driver.
  * Slide winch elements off shaft- careful not to lose an internal washer.

===== Rear Winches =====

Rear winches are held together by a single top flat-head screw.
